VEB Kolloidchemie Leipzig

When I was a kid, like 9 years old, my grandparents always told me, when I try to enter this factory, the acid will destroy my shoes and I will possibly die. We often stood in front of the closed gates and imagined what might be hidden behind those walls. Well, I never had the guts to enter the factory until I was an adult :P I still remember the smell of the chemicals when I passed by the street. The pictures are really bad quality, but I thought I'd upload them anyways to give an impression of this beautiful chemical factory, that has been demolished in 2013.
