Bahnbetriebswerk Leipzig HBF Süd

The BW Leipzig HBF Süd used to be the oldest railway yard in Germany. It has been demolished in June 2015, after being over 170 years old. A major fire set by vandals destroyed large parts of the building and roof, including the damage of the legendary trans-european express from the 1950s and several other wagons.
